No, you shouldn't have to manage your own renovation. We fully manage your project from start to finish, utilizing our own trusted, specialized trades (like plumbers and electricians) who share our exact values.

Absolutely. Many of our clients hire us strictly for an interior renovation, while others rely solely on our dedicated Home & Away monitoring when they travel. The choice is yours.

Yes, this is the ultimate turnkey experience. We can fully manage your interior renovation while simultaneously monitoring your property. You get to bypass the construction zone entirely, avoid the day-to-day management, and simply return home from your travels to a beautifully finished, move-in ready space.

We typically book 2 to 5 months in advance, however our timelines vary by project and workload. To ensure our high standards of quality craftsmanship and dedicated project management, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible.

Yes, completely. We carry comprehensive liability insurance, and all of the specialized trades we partner with are fully vetted and covered.

Yes, we are completely comfortable working around pets. We treat them with the same care and respect as the rest of your home, and we even hand-make our own Tibidabo treats for the dogs we work alongside.

We go far beyond a casual check-in. We provide thorough interior and exterior inspections. This includes checking windows and doors, flushing pipes, picking up mail, and starting vehicles to ensure your home runs smoothly while you are gone. (We do not provide emergency response)

Yes, it is. We hand-make our own Tibidabo-branded chocolate for clients at the final walkthrough. It is a simple, personal way to thank you for trusting us with your home.
